Yesterday, I was introduced to what I can only describe as one of the greatest culinary masterpieces of all time: the wet burrito. From the first bite, I knew my life had been changed.
When I ordered it, I half expected the dish to look nothing like the picture on the menu—because let’s be honest, food photography can sometimes be the ultimate catfish. But this burrito delivered on every level. The size, the flavor, the presentation—it was impressive enough to earn a magazine cover of its own. And yes, I was already planning my next visit before I even finished my plate.
Along with the burrito, I treated myself to one of their desserts (there are several to choose from) and a margarita that paired perfectly with the meal. It was the kind of dinner that checks every single box.
