Eastern Coffee Roasters just opened their very first brick-and-mortar café inside a beautifully restored historic train depot in Cheney. 🚂☕️ Now we talk about “watching planes fly by” all day long, but have you ever watched trains pass by while drinking coffee?!? Sirinya’s Thai Restaurant and Lounge? Blew me away. Every dish was hot, fresh, creative, and packed with flavor. Safe to say I’m officially a Thai-food-loving gal now, and yes, it’s the same owners as the Airway Heights favorite. ❤️

If you love a good treasure hunt, Red Barn in Latah is the spot for antiques and collectibles. A sweet little road trip from Spokane (40 minutes from the top of the South Hill) and a shop that’s packed with gems, including the owners! 🥹
